Hvordan sendes kun opdateringer til en (ny) deltager i Outlook?

Lad os sige, at du har sendt en mødeinvitation via Outlook til mange mennesker, og at du har lavet mødeplanen og registreret planlægningsprocessen i mødet. Nu skal du kun sende panorering til din manager, hvordan kunne du gøre det? Faktisk tillader Microsoft Outlook brugere kun at sende mødeopdateringer til en eller ny deltager.

Hvis du kun vil sende mødeopdateringer til en deltager i Microsoft Outlook, kan du gøre følgende:

Trin 1: Skift til kalendervisningen, og åbn det møde, som du kun vil sende mødeopdatering til en deltager, og opdater også dit møde.
Trin 2: Klik på knappen i mødevinduet Til .

Trin 3: Find ud af, og vælg den deltager, som du vil sende opdatering til, i den kommende dialogboks Vælg deltagere og ressourcer, klik på Påkrævet -> knappen, og klik derefter på OK .

Bemærk: Hvis du kan huske deltagerens e-mail-adresse klart, skal du springe trin 2 og trin 3 over og bare indtaste deltagerens e-mail-adresse i Til felt direkte.

Trin 4: Nu kommer du tilbage til mødevinduet, klik på Send opdatering .

Trin 5: Kontroller indstillingen for i pop op-vinduet Send opdatering til deltagere Send kun opdateringer til tilføjede eller slettede deltagere, og klik på OK .

Bemærk: Selvom den nye tilføjede deltager er inkluderet i de primære deltagere, som du sendte til mødeinvitation for første gang, fjernes duplikatdeltagerne automatisk, når mødeopdateringen er sendt.

It is possible to have this feature also using Office365Outlook connector in Power apps?

We are finding this doesn't seem to be working anymore in MS 365, keeps not offering that option and simply sending to all, which is a problem as we have 300+ at our events. We are using a shared calendar if that coudl be why, but we need to keep using that shared calendar. Any ideas?

Yes, that might be because it's a shared calendar. I also use MS 365, the options displayed after I *** an attendee.

THE WORKAROUND POSTED BY "DND" WORKS. Just "Forward" the invitation to the person you want to add. It will be sent only to that person and nobody else. You will also notice that this new person has now been added automatically to your Attendee list.

this adds them as an optional attendee. Is there a way to change that?

Me too, I make sure the box that says "send only to added attendees" is checked and hit send yet it still sends to all attendees. No one knows how to fix it.

A work around that has been working for me is to simply forward the meeting invite to the person you want to add to the list. If you go to calendar view, right click on the meeting you want the person to attend, and click "Forward," you can then put just that individual person's name down and hit send. This does not re-send out the invite to everyone on the meeting, but it does get that person the meeting invite and it adds that person's name to your invitee list under "To...". Hope that helps!

Step 5 doesn't appear for me or my colleagues either. My job predominantly involved calendar management and not having the ability to add members without sending it to everyone, makes me look unprofessional. I can't find anything to fix this online.
