Hi, we have MS365 with Exchange Online in use. The "Reply all with attachment" feature was the only reason why Kutools for Outlook was purchased.
Since the upgrade to Windows 11 it no longer works, the attachments are missing when running.
No other add-ins installed.
Reinstalled with antivirus disabled.
Same problem on 2 different devices.
Support request has not been followed up since March by jaychivo despite repeated requests
Any ideas / help?

Could you please advice the information about your operating system (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/which-version-of-windows-operating-system-am-i-running-628bec99-476a-2c13-5296-9dd081cdd808#WindowsVersion=Windows_11), and the language you are using on your computer? And what version of Kutools for Outlook (Help > About) are you using?
We are working on the problem on Windows 11, will inform you if we have a solution.
Also, please keep me updated if there are anything new.

If the version does not work for you, please send us the .txt file that is located in: C:\Users\your account\AppData\Roaming\ExtendOffice\OutlookKutools\ErrorLog.txt
Note: Remember to replace your account to your actual account name.
