Kutools for Word

Hvis du antager, at du kun vil udskrive alle kommentarer i et Word-dokument, skal du muligvis eksportere alle kommentarer til et nyt dokument, før du udskriver alle kommentarer i Word. Hvordan eksporteres alle kommentarer til et nyt dokument? Kutools for Word's Eksporter kommentarer værktøj kan eksportere alle kommentarer til et nyt dokument hurtigt.

Klik kutools Plus > Eksport / Import > Eksporter kommentarer. Se skærmbillede:

Udskriv kun kommentarer ved at eksportere alle kommentarer til et nyt dokument

Hvis du antager, at du kun vil udskrive alle kommentarer som vist i nedenstående skærmbillede, kan du hurtigt eksportere alle kommentarer til en ny Word-, Excel- eller Txt-fil, og udskriv derefter kommentarerne med det samme.

1. Åbn det dokument, du vil eksportere alle kommentarer, og anvend derefter hjælpeprogrammet ved at klikke på Kutools Plus> Eksport / Import > Eksporter kommentarer.

2. i Eksporter kommentarer dialogboksen, skal du udføre nedenstående handlinger:

  • Vælg det område, som du vil eksportere kommentarerne fra, du kan vælge hele dokumentet, det aktuelle valg eller den aktuelle side.
  • Og angiv derefter den eksporterede filtype, Word-dokument, Excel-projektmappe eller TXT-fil, som du har brug for.

3. Klik derefter på Opret knappen, får du følgende resultater:

Eksporter kommentarer til et nyt Word-dokument:

Eksporter kommentarer til en ny TXT-fil:

Glad to help. Our Export Comments feature currently only supports exporting comments, not text with comments. But we will improve this feature in the future, so stay tuned.

Hi, When I try to export some comment in a separate document then a message is prompt "This action cannot work in a document which is Read only, Protected and Track Revisions". But non of these option is true for my word file. What should I do? Regards, Ehsen

Sorry for the late reply. I know how to fix the "This action cannot work in a document which is Read only, Protected and Track Revisions" problem. The reason for the problem is that the comment is still in editing mode or track mode when you apply our Export Comments feature. Even after you have already pressed Ctrl+Enter to post the comment, as long as the text and the comment box are highlighted, the comment is in track mode.

so all you need to do is move your cursor away to other areas of the document, then it is not in track mode anymore. You can now use our feature perfectly. Please have a try.
