Hvordan ændres navnet på skærmafsenderen for dine e-mails i Outlook?

Hvis du bemærker, at visningsnavnet på dine sendte e-mails er uformelt eller forkert, skal du muligvis ændre det til det korrekte normale. Men at ændre skærmafsendernavnet er et problem for mange Outlook-brugere. Med den følgende vejledning er det ikke længere et problem at ændre skærmafsendernavnet for dine sendte e-mails.

Skift skærmafsendernavnet for dine e-mails i Outlook

1. Åbn Kontoindstillinger dialog boks.

1). I Outlook 2010 og 2013 skal du klikke File (Felt) > INFO > Kontoindstillinger > Kontoindstillinger. Se skærmbillede:

2). Klik i Outlook 2007 Værktøjer > Kontoindstillinger.

2. i Kontoindstillinger i dialogboksen skal du vælge en e-mail-konto, som du vil ændre visningsnavnet, og klik derefter på Skift knap. Se skærmbillede:

3. Så når Skift konto dialogboks dukker op, gå til Bruger Information sektion, og skift displaynavnet i Dit navn indgivet. Klik til sidst Næste .

4. Efter at have klikket Næste knap, a Testkontoindstillinger dialogboks vises, vent indtil alle fremskridt er afsluttet, og klik derefter på Luk .

5. klik Finish knappen i Skift konto dialog boks.

6. Når det vender tilbage til Kontoindstillinger Klik på dialogboksen Luk knappen for at lukke den.

7. Fra nu af, når nogen modtog din e-mail, vil de se, at skærmnavnet ændres som vist nedenstående skærmbilleder:

In my outlook 2013,i have try same as above procedure. But still, Name is not display in receiver inbox.Please help.

The internet email settings does not pop up and the woman I replaced, her name shows in the "from" field.

Please can you explain how to change the display name that e-mail recipients see? At the moment my email arrive with my full name displayed, but i would like my recipients to see Il Folpetto Ltd instead. I have an EXCHANGE account! Thanks!!!

I want only the person's name to be displayed when I send an email. But for some reason their email address is also displayed. When I set up the contact, I only entered their name in the display field in the contact folder. Yet their email address is also displayed when sending them email.

Start new email. Type their name in the "To" field. As you're typing, the name will drop down in a list. Right click and delete. If they are in your contacts, open. In the "Display as" field, remove the email address so it only shows their name.

I had every email coming into my inbox listed as one of my contacts and tried everything to rectify the problem. I just deleted the "culprit" name and everything is working fine now. I added the contact back in and all is still well.

the name of the contact whose name i am trying to change does not appear in the account settings box; only my email address. Any ideas how to really change the display name of the sender in outlook?

These instructions are for changing YOUR display name when sending e-mails, as far as I know, there is no way of changing the display name of someone SENDING e-mails to you

Well that's a problem. I've seen several different Display Names for the same Sender in Outlook. Even when the Sender is in my Contacts list, Outlook will quite often show a different Display Name, not to mention the differences in the Display Names of Recipients. Plays heck when you sort and collect through 5 years of emails for a given name. You would think Outlook would assign whatever Display Name you have in your Contacts List for a given email address, but no that would be too simple.
