Hvordan slukkes eller vises skjulte formateringsmærker eller tegn i Outlook?

Du kan muligvis se, at der vises mange specielle symboler på din teksttekst, når du skriver en e-mail-besked. De formaterer mærker. Nogle gange er du træt af disse synlige mærker og vil slå dem fra eller bare skjule dem. Hvad skulle du gøre? Med denne vejledning er det ikke længere et problem at slukke eller skjule formateringsmærker.

Du kan midlertidigt skjule formateringsmærker som følger.

1. Gå til Formatér tekst fanen i den nye e-mail-dialog, og klik derefter på Show / Hide knappen i Stk gruppe. Se skærmbillede:

2. Efter at have klikket på Show / Hide knappen, forsvinder alle formateringsmærker fra e-mail-kroppen.

Noter:

1. Hvis du vil vise alle formateringsmærker, skal du klikke på Show / Hide knappen igen.

2. Det Show / Hide knappen fungerer ikke, hvis følgende formateringsmarkeringsfelter er markeret. Se skærmbillede:

Hvis du vil slå alle formateringsmærker permanent fra, kan du gøre det som følger.

1. Klik på det nye meddelelsesvindue File (Felt) > Indstillinger. Se skærmbillede:

2. I Outlook Indstillinger dialog, klik Post i venstre sektion, og klik derefter på Editorindstillinger ... under Skriv meddelelser i det rigtige afsnit.

3. Når Redigeringsindstillinger dialog vises, skal du klikke Skærm i venstre sektion. I højre sektion og derunder Vis altid disse formateringsmærker på skærmen, fjern markeringen i alle felter, og klik derefter på OK to gange for at afslutte hele indstillingen.

4. Når du nu åbner den nye dialogboks til komponering af e-mail, vises formateringsmærkerne ikke længere.

To remove formatting marks in Outlook replies...File > Options > Mail > Stationery and Fonts > (Under New mail messages) Font... > uncheck (Hidden).

go to your mail, New Email, if you still find the paragraph mark still enabled, uncheck it, then close message, open New Email again and thank me later :D

These users are right. I was barely able to turn off in new email but the reply for every different email from different persons as soon as I start typing it shows off the backward "P." Please assist.

Well, fourth time is not a charm. Went back in. None of the options for unchecking formatting appears anymore. I am seeing the show/hide feature. This is maddening!!

This is my third comment, so hopefully this works this time. Go Options, Mail, change format to rich text, then select Editor Options. In the box that states, "Always show these formatting marks on screen", make sure that "Show All Formatting Marks" is unchecked. I hope this works. The formatting marks showed up for me after I changed my signature. It is like everything went haywire!

I got as far as "Editor Options." There is no "Display," to click on in the left section . I read through whatever showed up on the screen. Nothing I looked through what was applicable to what I needed! Also, extendoffice.com needs to remove information boxes to the right that gets in the way of reading instructions. G, f, Tweet, Print and + are in the way on the left side of the page unless we want to continue to use the scroll up and down arrow to the right which takes us away from focusing on what we are reading. Sooo, I guess, even if I was able to get to the rest of their instructions, I would have been stuck in the same place the both of you complained about. Monica, Alain, are we stupid, or are the instructions not accurate!

I have the same issue. And no matter what I do, I unchecked all boxes but the Pilcrow characters, every time I start a new email or reply. I can turn it off for each session, but who ever created this problem where it wont turn off. I want to kill the person who made this problem.

This solution worked for me in Outlook 2010:


compose new email => format text => paragraph => asian typography => options => display tab => uncheck all boxes

This procedure works with "Arabic Typesetting" too

(In my Outlook 2010 installation, not exist the "asian typography")
